If you don't have anything nice to say....

Then please just STFU. I don't understand why people have to be so judgemental and can't stop pick, pick, picking at the same tired old issue. Yes, Baby Charlie goes to daycare. Yes, he seems to like it there. He smiles and plays and is always in a good mood. No, they don't just stick him in his crib and leave him there all day, and no, I don't feel like I'm "letting someone else raise my child."

  1. As a former teacher at Kids R Kids, I can tell you kids are loved on a ton by us & overall were very happy to be in our care everyday. I actually miss seeing some of my kids everyday! The babies at our place were spoiled with love all the time. Not all daycares are the same, but I am positive you were very picky in who was going to be caring for your little guy....which is important. Sorry you have to deal with negativity about it.

  2. People suck! Why do they feel it is their business??? Makes me mad.

  3. Don't forget, I worked at a daycare center, too! I was lead-teacher for the 6 weeks to 6 month olds. There's no doubt in my mind that the women who take care of Baby Charlie love him very much and want to be there with him & the other babies. Unless you've actually been part of that situation, it might be hard for some people to believe the amount of love and caring attention those little guys get!

  4. Yep I too worked in the infant room at a day care center and those babies get a TON of love! They are only in their cribs if they are sleeping. :) But we played with them and gave them lots of love all the time and they were all very happy babies in our room! :)
